Frequently asked questions
Why do I need a trustline?
The XRP Ledger requires every account to explicitly authorise each issued token it wants to hold. Setting a trustline costs a small reserve (0.2 XRP) which is released if you later remove it.
Can I buy from a centralised exchange account?
No. Send only from a wallet you control the keys to. Deposits from exchange accounts cannot receive token distributions and may be unrecoverable.
When are tokens distributed?
Automatically, to the sending address, typically within five minutes of ledger validation. There is no manual claim.
Is there a vesting schedule?
Presale allocations are 100% unlocked at listing. Team and advisor allocations vest linearly over 24 months with a 6-month cliff.
What happens if the soft cap is not reached?
